Your order may have failed due to payment issues. Please check your method of payment to confirm a payment has been made. If no payment has been made, and you have not been charged, the order will not have gone through. Orders can fail for numerous reasons, including: Incorrect weight for overseas shipping, in-sufficient funds, closing the internet browser before payment is complete.

Unfortunately we do not price match. We aim to provide you with great value across our range.

If the order has not gone through, this could be due to payment issues, please check your method of payment to ensure a payment has been made. Please also check your account’s order history, to confirm the order has been placed. If the email is incorrect, the order will be processed as usual.

When a product is out of stock, you can request to be notified upon re-stock, by clicking the ‘Notify me’ button, which is located in absence of the ‘Add to basket’ Button.

We aim to restock big brands within a few weeks, but due to overseas shipping, this can vary.

If you are unhappy with the taste of your product, unfortunately this is not within our control. However, we value our customers greatly, so please contact us if you are displeased, and we will try our best to rectify the issue.

If the condition of the product is effected, for example, a powdered product has lumps, please check whether this is typical for this product, as some supplements have various ingredients which alter the texture.

If the packaging of your product is damaged, please be sure that you did not order an item from our discounted ‘damaged product’ range.

In the case that a product is truly unsatisfactory, we can perform a swap, or provide a refund once we receive your return.
