Cream of Carbs, Salted Caramel – 2280 grams

By bringing oats into the mix, you get something with a bit more body, a bit more bite, and something that actually feels like you’re eating real food. Not just getting it down for the sake of it. It’s still quick. Still easy to use. But it’s more versatile.

The addition of oats slows digestion slightly compared to cream of rice alone. Not enough to weigh it down, but enough to make it easier to use across the day, not just around your training.

20g carbs per serving keeps it flexible – whether it’s a small top up or something more substantial. Have as many scoops as you need to hit your macros.

Pre, post, or just to get carbs in without overthinking it. And because it actually tastes good and has some texture to it, it’s something you’ll stick with.

That’s the difference. Simple but effective.
