Vitamin B6 – pyridoxine – a water-soluble ingredient belonging to B vitamins, which must be supplied to the body from outside, because the body is not able to synthesize it on its own. OstroVit uses vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, i.e. a chemically active form of the compound, which is distinguished by high absorption in the human body, which may have a positive effect on the quality of the dietary supplement.
