In my daily diet there are always healthy products, but there are also some completely unique ones that I would like to share with you. Time for superfoods! Superfoods are superfoods that have beneficial properties for our health and well-being. Products belonging to this category contain vitamins, minerals and other valuable bioactive compounds important for our body. They have a natural origin, and their regular consumption produces beneficial effects. One of the superfoods is matcha.

Japanese green tea called matcha has long been known to have medicinal benefits. It means “tea powder” when translated literally. According to studies, it has the same nutritional value as 10 cups of conventional green tea in only one cup. Matcha is also over 100 times higher in beneficial antioxidants. This is so that we don’t just ingest the liquid when we drink matcha tea, but also the finely ground tea leaves.
