Food supplement with B vitamins. Oral spray with xylitol (with sweetener) and natural orange flavour.
Not sure how to increase your energy levels on a daily basis? Or do you need support for your mind? B vitamins can help you get rid of excessive fatigue and improve your skin condition. What else can taking this combination of compounds affect? Choose Vitamin B Complex and feel the difference today.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism, while folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12 help to maintain adequate homocysteine metabolism. B vitamins have been shown to play an important role in the regulation of mitochondrial enzymes and a deficiency of these compounds has been shown to reduce mitochondrial function [1]. A contribution to the reduction of feelings of fatigue and tiredness has been attributed to riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and cobalamin. In addition, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin and biotin help in the proper functioning of the nervous system and – together with folic acid – support psychological functions. Studies have shown that supplementation with B vitamins can have a positive effect on mood and also reduce stress [2]. These compounds also support the immune system (vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid in particular are responsible for this). It has been shown that a deficiency of B vitamins can increase the risk of cardiovascular and skeletal disorders and cognitive impairment [3]. In addition, the B-vitamin complex supports the condition of the mucous membranes and the skin – these include riboflavin, niacin and biotin.
Vitamin B2, on the other hand, has properties that protect cells from oxidative stress – and therefore from free radicals. The B vitamins are extremely important for people on vegan and vegetarian diets. Riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of proper iron metabolism and helps to maintain the normal state of red blood cells, while vitamin B12 supports their optimal production.
B vitamins are obtained primarily from the diet. Thiamine is found in meat, fish and whole grain products. Riboflavin can be found in milk, eggs and lean meat, among others. Niacin is found in both animal (e.g. poultry) and vegetable (e.g. nuts) foods. Pantothenic acid (one form of vitamin B5) is mainly obtained from chicken, beef and whole grain products. Sources of vitamin B6 are e.g. liver and fish, as well as starchy vegetables. Biotin can be provided by eating offal, fish, eggs and seeds and nuts. Green vegetables (e.g. spinach and Brussels sprouts) and liver are rich in folic acid, while vitamin B12 is mainly found in foods of animal origin (e.g. meat, fish, eggs and dairy products), which is why vegans and vegetarians are most often deficient in this substance [4,5]. B vitamin deficiency can manifest itself in different ways – depending on how severe the deficiency is and which substances are missing. The most common symptoms of insufficient B-complex deficiency include muscle soreness, paresthesias, inflammation of the corners of the mouth, roughness of the skin, fatigue, sleep and coordination disorders, peripheral neuropathy, anaemia, depressed mood, cognitive dysfunction and immunosuppression [5].
Our supplement is a special formula containing a full complex of B vitamins – i.e. as many as eight compounds that help to take care of, among other things, the condition of the nervous system and skin, and to increase energy levels on a daily basis. The product is encapsulated in a modern spray form, making it convenient to use. The application does not take long and eliminates the need to drink or dilute the supplement, and the small size of the pack is sufficient for up to one month of supplementation. Vitamin B Complex contains xylitol – a natural sweetener that provides a healthy alternative to sugar – and natural orange flavouring to help you enjoy the good taste of the supplement. The recommended daily serving is 4 squeezes (0.8 ml), which is best taken sublingually during or immediately after a meal.
