Hangover Recommended Use:
Before you go to sleep, take half a pint (285ml) of water in a glass. More water only adds to the benefits, so it’s up to you.
Mix one (15g) sachet into the water. Drink the full glass, then head to bed.
If you have severe hangover or dehydration symptoms, repeat step 1 and 2 upon waking.
