Almonds, which are the main ingredient of the spread, are seeds of the almond tree (not nuts, as it is believed), which are a source of monounsaturated fats, thanks to which they support the functioning of the heart and impact the maintenance of an appropriate level of cholesterol. They relieve stress and soothe nerves, as well as improve memory and concentration. They decrease blood sugar levels and regulate metabolism. They are recommended for nausea and heartburn.

Nut spread with almonds and Himalayan salt is an excellent addition to oatmeal, smoothies, bread, cakes and desserts. It is also perfect for pancakes and crepes.
